Nu Lambda Mu

This international honor society was established by the Nonprofit Academic Centers Council to recognize students dedicated to the study of nonprofit management, philanthropy, and social entrepreneurship/enterprise. Its mission is to advance the study of nonprofit organizations and their function in society and to promote scholarly achievement among those who engage in these academic pursuits.

Nu Lambda Mu Spotlight: Share Your Story

Here at NACC, we love to hear from our Nu Lambda Mu members!

We invite you to share your success story and tell us how your nonprofit or philanthropy related degree has made a difference in your life, in your career, and in your community.

Simply complete the online form below and your story could be featured in our newsletter, shared on our website, shared on our Linked In page(s), and/or shared on our social media platforms. Our newsletter reaches over 1,400 people world-wide, so if we feature your story it will make its way across the globe!

In addition to submitting your story, we strongly encourage you to submit a professional photo of yourself, photos of you making a difference in your organization, and/or photos of your organization and the people you impact. If you plan to submit a photo of someone other than yourself, please get their permission first. You can view and use a copy of our photo release waiver here. By emailing your story and photo(s) to NACC, you are indicating that you have read and agree with our photo release waiver and agree to its terms.

We also recommend you read at least a few of our Nu Lambda Mu Spotlight articles, to get an idea of what kind of stories we are looking for, and the general format you should follow. You can check out your fellow Nu Lambda Mu members’ stories in the archives of our newsletter, NACC News, here.
